The order form below will help you in coming to your final cost. ---Indiana residents please add 6% sales tax. ---Add shipping & handling based on total cost of items purchased... up to $24.99..........$6.00 $25.00--$49.99.....$7.50 $50.00--$74.99.....$8.50 $75.00--$99.99.....$10.50 $100 and up...........$15.50 Checks or money orders--sending photos via snail mail ---Please complete the blanks below, print and send with photo(s). ---Make your check, cashier check or money order payable to Fun Fotos and mail with order form and photo(s) to address below. DO NOT attach paper clips, tape or staples to pictures. Include a HEAVY piece of cardboard approximately the same size of the envelope to protect the photos from bending and damage. Credit cards---sending photos via e-mail  ---You may wish to pay by credit card, especially if you'll be sending your photo(s) via e-mail.We offer secure processing by PayPal. Simply complete the order form below and click "send" at bottom of form.(sends order to Fun Fotos) Print yourself a copy. Then click the "buy now" button.(takes you to PayPal to make payment) Send your pictures via e-mail to sales@funfotos.com Send as a JPEG file at a minimum of 200 dpi up to a 5x7 print and minimum 300 dpi for larger than 5x7. Image resolution should be as follows... For a 4x6" print, image resolution should be 768 x 512 pixels minimum For a 5x7" print, image resolution should be 1024 x 768 pixels minimum For an 8x10" print, image resolution should be 1536 x 1024 pixels minimum |
